Who knows this man originally from Belgium named “Frenkie” who takes on construction jobs as a contractor/mason? After receiving significant amounts as down payments for the purchase of materials, he disappears and is never seen or heard from again. In the meantime, several victims have emerged in Limburg and the border area who have been swindled out of thousands and sometimes tens of thousands of euros by this man. People/families who have consequently found themselves in significant financial trouble.
If anyone knows the current whereabouts, residence, or location of this man who is likely still victimizing new individuals, please come forward.
It is still uncertain whether the name Frankie/Frenkie is his real name. The fact is that he (has) been moving (it is unknown whether that is still the case) in a green delivery van, Citroen brand, Berlinge model, with license plate 07-VFH-1.
