Private

Introduction

As a private individual, you may find yourself in situations where the help you require from the police or other authorities is not forthcoming for any number of reasons. For example, the police may not be able or willing to handle your case because it relates to civil law. Think, for example, of problems that may arise in connection with spousal support. We have noted that the number of criminal cases that are not taken up is increasing. This is because the case is not given priority or there is insufficient police capacity to solve the case. That is where we make the difference. Where the police stop, we continue.

What can I do for you?

A case may be so important to you that you want something done about it, even if the police refuse to take it on. In a no-obligation personal meeting, we will draw up a problem analysis together with you. If the problem and the expectations on both sides are clear, we conclude an agreement and this can be supplemented by a plan of action in more complex cases. In this way, we determine what each party can and may expect from each other.

Following this, we can start the investigation. If necessary or desired, cases can be shared with the police or Public Prosecutor’s Office. Experience has shown that extra investigation by our detective agency can often add just that little extra to a case so that an investigation by the police/judiciary is started. Our reports can be used in both civil and criminal cases.
